DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays in the US.
  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 days of purchase pending item availability and payment verification.
  • Orders within the US will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.
  • The total shipping costs for your order is a reflection of the total value of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays in the US.
  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 days of purchase pending item availability and payment verification.
  • International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International with delivery confirmation.
  • The total shipping costs for your order is a reflection of the total value of your order.
  • Steelhead Fine Goods accepts orders from the following countries.  If your country is not listed please contact us for assistance.

    • Canada
    • France
    • Germany
    • Japan
    • Mexico

SHIPPING POLICY

  • The customer assumes all responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages including duties, taxes, customs, and all shipping.
  • Steelhead Fine Goods is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
  • Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Steelhead Fine Goods is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and refunds will not be provided for misguided packages.
  • Steelhead Fine Goods cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit due to neglect from the carrier.  Please direct all carrier issues to USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns  and exchanges will be honored within 7 days of delivery and must be in unused, like-new condition. Beyond 7 days after delivery returns and exchanges cannot be made.  The condition of the item upon return is at the discretion of Steelhead Fine Goods.
  • Returns and exchanges must be approved by Steelhead Fine Goods within 7 days of delivery.  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for Return Authorization.  Items shipped to Steelhead Fine Goods without Return Authorization will be shipped back at the expense of the buyer.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on belts except in the case of manufacturer defect or error.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on vintage items, and vintage items are sold as is.  All sales are final on vintage items.
  • All sales are final on discounted SALE items and promos.
